This Privacy Policy describes how Coach FHN collects, uses, and protects your information. FHN is a coaching and tracking app — it is not a medical provider and is not HIPAA-certified.
Information Users Provide
You provide information when you create an account, set up your health profile, log food and workouts, set goals, and interact with the AI Coach. This may include your name, email, age, sex, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, activity level, health notes, and other details you choose to share.
Health, Nutrition, Fitness, Goal, and Activity Information
FHN is designed to store health, nutrition, and fitness information you enter, such as food logs, workout logs, hydration, body weight, goals, schedules, and health profile details. This information is linked to your account and used to provide personalized coaching.
Account and Contact Information
We collect your email address for account creation, authentication, and communication. Your account information is used to manage access and respond to support requests.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect basic technical and usage information such as authentication tokens, logs, and app interaction data needed to operate and maintain the service. This does not include sensitive browsing data from outside the app.
How Information is Used
Your information is used to provide and personalize the coaching experience, generate AI guidance, display your logs and progress, operate your account, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI model providers. These providers process data on our behalf as needed to deliver the service.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data subject to any limited retention necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, or altered in an unauthorized manner. You should use a strong password and protect your account credentials.

You can review and update your profile information within the app. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. You may also cancel your subscription at any time.

Children or Age Eligibility
FHN is not intended for use by children. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact support so we can remove it.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of FHN after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
