Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or using Coach FHN, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details.
Permitted Personal Use
FHN is intended for your personal, non-commercial use to track and receive coaching for your own fitness, health, and nutrition goals.
Prohibited Misuse
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineering the app, spamming, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
AI-Generated Coaching Limitations
FHN uses AI to generate coaching guidance. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any guidance at your own discretion.
Health and Medical Limitations
FHN is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. See our Health & AI Disclaimer for full details.
User-Submitted Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not enter false, misleading, or unlawful content. FHN is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted data.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Experimental or Beta Features
FHN is in Beta. Some features are experimental and may change, be limited, or be removed. Your feedback helps shape development.
Subscription Terms
Where a paid subscription is available, billing is processed through our payment provider. Subscription pricing, where offered, is displayed at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member Terms
The Founding 100 is a proposed controlled paid beta for early supporters. Proposed pricing is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. The Founding price stays locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Paid enrollment is not yet active, and these terms are proposed until enrollment begins.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Suspension or Termination for Misuse
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in harmful conduct. We may also remove content that violates these Terms.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
FHN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. AI guidance is not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for you.
